A Day in the Life of the Customer Care Coordinator
• Provide contact center-based support via Inbound Automated Call Distribution (ACD) Telephone
• Assist healthcare professionals, patients, and their caregivers to coordinate treatments for patients traveling
• Coordinate new locations for patients in case of emergencies to continue treatments

Requirements of the Customer Care Coordinator position
• Aptitude to handle high-volume calls
• Empathetic and attentive listener
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• MS Office experience
