As the first impression of the Inn at Perry Cabin, the Front Desk Associate’s main responsibilities include:
- Warmly greet and welcome our guests upon arrival providing a memorable guest experience through each engagement.
- Register guests into the computer, verifying reservation, obtaining address, phone number, email address and credit information. OPERA experience a plus.
- Answer phone calls and questions concerning, but not limited to reservations, requests and/or giving directions to the hotel facilities, meeting rooms, or events held therein, in addition to dispatching phone calls as necessary.

Required knowledge, skills, and abilities:
- Excellent oral and written communication.
- Friendly, warm and welcoming when speaking with internal and external guests.
- Organized, detail oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.
Preferred qualifications:
- Comfortable with technology.
- High School Diploma or GED.
