Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including hiring, talent management, performance review processes, support for disciplinary actions, and benefits administration. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management within a healthcare setting and a passion for fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.

  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in human resources and healthcare management.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is preferred.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools (e.g., HRIS systems, applicant tracking systems).
