Job Summary:
We are looking for motivated LICSWs/LCSWS and other mental health professionals to join our growing team at Mosaic Behavioral Health. The individual is responsible for providing professional and compassionate mental health services to our clients via teletherapy.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct Assessments: Assessing clients' mental health conditions, history, and concerns to formulate a diagnosis and treatment plan.
- Provide Counseling/Therapy: Delivering individual, group, couples or family therapy sessions.
- Develop Treatment Plans: Creating personalized treatment plans based on clients' needs, goals, and therapeutic approaches.
- Monitor Progress: Regularly evaluating clients' progress and adjusting treatment interventions as needed.
- Implement Evidence-Based Techniques: Utilizing various therapeutic techniques and interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or mindfulness-based approaches.
- Maintain Documentation: Keeping detailed and accurate records of client sessions, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- Collaborate with other Professionals as needed: Coordinating care with other mental health providers or medical professionals as needed.
- Uphold Ethical Standards: Adhering to professional ethical guidelines and maintaining client confidentiality and privacy.
- Crisis Intervention: Addressing and managing urgent mental health crises and emergencies, if required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Salary: $65.00- $90.00 per hour- negotiable
