Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Department Management: Oversee and manage the sales department, ensuring a high-performing team that aligns with company goals.

Responsibilities: 

  • Collaboration: Work closely with Buyer Agents and Office Admins to identify growth opportunities and implement strategies for sustainability and efficiency.
  • Technology Integration: Evaluate and integrate technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency, ensuring effective use of CRM systems and transaction management platforms.
  • Operational Excellence: Maintain high standards of accuracy and efficiency in all transactions, ensuring compliance with real estate laws and regulations.
  • Personal Growth: Commit to personal and professional development, striving to become a pillar of support and innovation within the organization.
  • Compliance: Adhere to company policies and standards, ensuring all laws and regulations are followed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years in real estate team management and 4 years of experience in real estate sales.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills
  • Extensive knowledge of operational functions and principles, including finance, customer service, production, and employee management
  • Proven ability to plan and manage operational processes for maximum efficiency and productivity
  • Ability to streamline or implement structures and roles that boost speed and efficiency while supporting rapidly shifting business demands
  • Strong working knowledge of industry regulations and legal guidelines

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business administration or a related field
  • Experience in developing budgets and business plans
  • Superior negotiation skills for internal and external purposes
  • Strong working knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics, using business management software
