How will this role have an impact?

The Mobile Zone at Signify Health builds and maintains Signify Android and iOS applications, enabling the use of thousands of mobile devices for health care providers. We are looking for a Sr. Quality Engineer IV (QE-IV) who will be established as the Mobile Zone QE, working with all teams within the Mobile Zone to standardize and help implement manual mobile testing, mobile automation testing, and mobile performance testing strategies. This individual will work with our business counterparts in order to ensure cross-team collaborative testing for business initiatives, bringing visibility to coverage and risk across the Mobile Zone.

What will you do?

  • Establish mobile testing strategies and capabilities across the Mobile Zone for Android and iOS
  • Champion and help to lead implementation of mobile testing strategies and capabilities across the Mobile Zone
  • Design, write, and maintain automated tests for Android and iOS, including system, integration, end-to-end, and performance tests
  • Regularly partner with business and development to align and prioritize testing needs for cross-team and cross-zone initiatives
  • Create and maintain initiative dashboards to bring clarity into the status and risk of initiatives
  • Document and report bugs or issues found for automated or manual testing
  • Drive release planning and assist in troubleshooting during rollbacks or failures
  • Implement and champion a metrics driven approach to continuous improvement of software quality
  • Provide reporting and recommend improvements such as in-code coverage and defect density
  • Lead efforts to research and document the root cause for output issues and identify which areas are not in sync
  • Analyze and debug crashes reported through mobile insight applications
  • Drive improvement to processes and technologies related with Quality Engineering
  • Manage tasks for self and teammates to meet the assigned project dates

The base salary hiring range for this position is $108,900 to $189,700. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, and benefits.
