Summary:

Customer Service Representative will process orders and communicate with all customers exclusively through phone, e-mail and live chat support. Starting wages 17.00-18.00 based on experience. Work hours would be 9:30 am - 6:00 pm Monday - Friday with rotating Saturday shifts.

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Provide excellent customer service by answer 50-80 inbound calls daily
  • Respond to customer emails along with Amazon and eBay messages
  • Processing customer orders including Amazon and eBay orders
  • Problem solve by following-up with customers and vendors to resolve problems and answer questions
  • Maintain documentation on all customer related orders
  • Engage in live chats with customers
  • Enter tracking numbers for packages that were drop shipped from vendors
  • Process and inspect returns
  • Process price matches
  • Process credits and debit for pending orders that were changed
  • Call and email customers to follow up on engravings that are waiting for approval
  • Approve and deny customer photos sent in for orders
  • Process, sort and fax orders
  • Side projects

Minimum Requirements:

  • Part Time Employees should be able to do 25-30 hours per week (including Saturdays)
  • Full time Employees 40+ hours a week (rotating shifts/flexibility is required)
  • High attention to detail with the ability to problem solve
  • Ability to multi-task continuously and adapt quickly to changes in a fast pace environment
  • Typing speed of 30+wpm
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently is a must
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Be willing and eager to work outside of the initial job description

Must be familiar with current software packages such as MS Office.
