A growing assisted living community is seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Director to lead their team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, a passion for senior care, and a commitment to enhancing tenant satisfaction and optimizing leasing operations. 

Responsibilities
  • Oversee all daily operations of the assisted living community, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and standards.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team of staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance tenant satisfaction, addressing any concerns and improving overall resident experience.
  • Drive leasing efforts to maintain full occupancy, including developing marketing strategies and building relationships with potential residents and their families.
  • Manage the community’s budget, ensuring financial goals are met and resources are allocated efficiently.
  • Ensure the maintenance of the facility is up to the highest standards, coordinating with maintenance and housekeeping teams to address any issues promptly.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with residents, families, and external partners to foster a supportive community environment.
  • Implement and oversee programs and activities that promote the well-being and engagement of residents.
  • Ensure all staff receive proper training and development opportunities to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on community operations, resident satisfaction, and financial performance to the governing board or ownership.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an Executive Director or in a senior management role within the assisted living or senior care industry.
  • Strong knowledge of regulations and best practices in assisted living operations.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building relationships and resolving conflicts.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in budgeting, financial management, and operational oversight.
  • Demonstrated success in driving leasing and occupancy initiatives.
  • Passion for working with seniors and enhancing their quality of life.
