Real Estate Buyer'S Sales Specialist

Responsibilities:- Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller to achieve desired results
- Seek out potential homebuyers and provide them with information on available properties that meet their needs and budget
- Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate qualified leads
- Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to ensure a smooth home buying process
- Have open houses to build relationships with prospective homebuyers and introduce them to their local real estate market
Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Create clients through lead conversion and lead follow-up; this will happen on a regular basis with training, help from our team, and collective motivational sessions. You bring the energy and the follow-up and we will provide you with enough leads to ensure you are never bored and you have plenty of sales opportunities
- Once pandemic restrictions fully lift, lead high-performing open houses at least once per week; this includes activities before and after the actual open house
- Participate in powerful networking events at least once per month; identify where in your community you are involved and be mindful of that involvement to create business opportunities
- Recruit and participate in our monthly Home Buyer’s Workshops
- Assist clients through all aspects of the home buying and home selling process, from contract to close
- Collaborate with the real estate group to maintain an extremely high level of customer service for clients; the client is always right
- Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car
- Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience with the local real estate market and general trends
- Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills
- 1+ years of buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience
