Job Responsibilities:
- Effective utilization of the tools to grow and shape strong client relationships.
- Provide consistent support to the team while utilizing Onin’s training model.
- Drive sales growth by building and coaching a team of Business Managers and Business Development Managers as well as strategic personal sales production.
- Ensure branches understand & make use of all their resources, systems and tools.
- Leverage data to help make decisions and influence others.
- Recruit, hire, train and develop a team of A-players to achieve targeted goals.
The Ideal Candidate Might Have:
- 3+ years of experience in multi-unit management
- 2+ years of experience in staffing/HR
- 2+ years of experience in sales or business development
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, candidates, and the general public.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and G Suite.
