Human Resources Coordinator
 Position Description 
Overview
The Human Resources Administrator reports to the Director of Human Resources, CINQ Care Inc., will play a critical role in supporting our people initiatives, drive for HR functional excellence and seek for process improvement. The Human Resources Administrator should embody CINQ’s core values, including:  Trusted, Empathetic, Committed, Humble, Creative and Community-Minded.
 
Primary Responsibilities
The Human Resources Administrator will have the following responsibilities:
 Performance Database Management:
  • Onboarding all new employees and creating a SharePoint profile
  • Activating hired candidates
  • Terminating terminated candidates
  • Processing leaves of absences and/or disability
  • Adding all employee documents to their personnel folder, wage theft forms, letters, disciplinary action, ECT
Performance Attendance Management:
  • As the HR administrator for the time and attendance function in performance is crucial that your data be accurate as employees are graded on your input. This process will include the following actions,
  • Documenting the daily attendance of all employees.;
  • Documenting employee PTO information, including Vacation, Wellness PTO, ECT
  • Documenting employee Tardiness and Early departures
  • On the first day of training you will be required to collect all on boarding documents and examine them in conjunction with federal labor laws
  • Collect all required onboarding documents you will scan these documents into the employees Performance folder
Collection of company mail:
  • Collecting and scanning time sensitive documents in the system on a daily basis
  • Reviewing and processing the employee identified items to be scanned into employee Sharepoint folder then forwarded to the HR Director
  • Regularly meeting with the Finance Department     
General Duties
The Human Resources Administrator shall have following duties:

Continuing Program Improvement and Patient Satisfaction:
  • Represents CINQ and its subcontractors by displaying a respectful and caring manner with members and their families. 
  • Addresses all member concerns in a timely and efficient manner and reports any complaints to Care Coordinator for resolution.
 Compliance:
  • Complies with quality assurance, OSHA, HIPAA, patient centered medical home focus, infection control, safety and other policies set forth. 
  • Maintains competence through continuing education and in-service training 
  • Attendance and being on time, ready to work your scheduled hours is an essential job requirement.
Qualifications
The Human Resources Administrator should have the following qualification: 
  • Education. Associates degree in Human Resources Administration or similar concentration or equivalent experience.
  • Experience. At least 1 year of experience of [HR] experience. Ideal candidates will have 1-2 years of relevant [HR] experience in the healthcare industry;
  • Entrepreneurial. CINQ seeks to fix gaps that have persisted for generations in the delivery of care to Black and Brown populations. This position is accountable for ensuring CINQ is positioned to innovatively deliver on its promise;
  • Communication. Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills; ability to clearly articulate and present concepts and models in an accessible manner to CINQ’s team, investors, partners and other stakeholders. Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications;
  • Relationships. Ability to build and effectively manage relationships with business leaders and external constituents; and, 
  • Culture. Good judgement, impeccable ethics, and a strong team player; desire to succeed and grow in a fast-paced, demanding and entrepreneurial Company.
Location: Buffalo, NY
Compensation: $60K - $64K
