Responsibilities
  • Prospect and Generate Leads: Identify new clients through referrals, outbound calling, networking & marketing events, and online platforms.
  • Client Needs Analysis: Assist an experienced agent in understanding potential clients' insurance needs and offering appropriate solutions.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and offering accurate information.
  • Annual Reviews: Provide an annual review with each client before renewal each year to ensure that coverages are adequate and discounts are applied.

Requirements
  • Valid P/C, and Life insurance licenses (we will pay all licensing cost if you don't have it).
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Ability to work independently & as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
