Position Summary:
The Program Security Architect will collaborate with the Security Lead, Compliance Lead, Technical Lead, security team, and product vendors to implement business and technical controls meeting specific security requirements for the new Financial Solution. This role ensures confidentiality, integrity, availability, risk management, and compliance of the business solution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and recommend protocols and procedures for monitoring the product vendor's performance against Service Level Agreement (SLA) standards regarding data security, annual security audits, and disaster recovery testing.
  • Define security policies, processes, and standards related to end-user roles, data access, and provisioning.
  • Provide input on selection, deployment, and oversight of security technologies.
  • Collaborate in monitoring compliance with vendor and client IT security policies and laws.
  • Define procedures for investigating and reporting security incidents.
  • Develop, test, and document security procedures including disaster recovery, business continuity, backups, and incident response.
  • Assist in risk and compliance assessment reviews of the new Financial solution and supporting services and infrastructure.

Required Skills:

  • In-depth exposure to technical configurations, technologies, and processing environments.
  • Knowledge of information risk concepts, security frameworks (ISO 2700x, ITIL, SOX, COBIT, NIST), and cloud-based security solutions.
  • Proficiency in security tools and capabilities like IDM and SSO.
  • Experience in integrating security tools and 3rd party vendor solutions.
  • Strong planning, organization, communication, prioritization, and business analysis skills.
  • Proficiency in risk assessment methods and technologies.
  • Technical knowledge of operating systems, network infrastructure, and security technologies.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in performing risk assessments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) cloud implementations.
  • Security solution design and development leveraging cloud SaaS solutions.
  • Experience in migrating security solutions from legacy on-premises environments to cloud solutions.
  • Experience in performing/supporting security audits and compliance validation.
  • Ability to interact with personnel at all levels and comprehend business imperatives.

Minimum Entrance Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related study, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of five years of design and implementation experience in IT.
  • Minimum of three years of security architecting design and implementation with security certifications (e.g., SIA Security +).
