Compensation: $60,000+ yearly DOE

Responsibilities:The core of this position is to attract, select, develop, and retain quality financial professionals. Unlike other firms in the industry, New York Life Field Managers do not have personal product requirements.
The primary focus is:
- Building systems to generate strong candidate pipelines to support agency growth.
- Leading and mentoring your team to have the most success they can in each of their individual businesses.
- Conduct joint sales appointments with your agents.
- Provide ongoing coaching skills to help agents grow their careers.
- Fostering an award-winning environment focused on a collegial, flexible, and family-like atmosphere within your team.
Partner requirements:
- Financial industry experience.
- Management and sales understanding.
- Successful track record driving premium growth through recruiting and retention.
- Licenses (Life, health, series 6, 63, or 7 and 65).
