Position Summary:
Reporting to the Director of Marketing Operations, the Senior Brand and Content Performance Manager is responsible for influencing brand standards, customer facing content strategy, campaign and content management and execution, performance tracking and evaluation, oversee and pro-actively increase customer reviews and responses, as it relates to the Spring-Green and Pet Butler businesses. Functional areas of responsibility include, but are not limited social channels (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube), Brand standards, Reviews (Google, Facebook) and content (videos, posts, blogs, stories, etc.)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Coach and develop a team of 2 marketing professionals cultivating a high-performance winning culture, an atmosphere of accountability, creating a culture of curiosity where continuous testing & learning occurs.
  • Support the Director of Marketing Operations with quarterly, monthly, & weekly planning to prioritize initiatives and resource planning to meet company objectives.
  • Work directly with business consultants and stakeholders to understand their brand and content needs as defined in Wrike; execute marketing content and review plans, processes and workflow.
  • Refresh and validate existing content pillars for each of the internal clients (Spring-Green Lawn Care, Spring-Green Pest Control, Spring-Green Irrigation, and Pet Butler)
  • Provide oversight & management of Spring Green and Pet Butler Social channels, provide ongoing recommendations, analysis, and optimization.
  • Evaluate existing content to determine its correlation to standardized content pillars and customer journey stages. 
  • Provide oversight & management of Spring Green and Pet Butler customer reviews and reputation, provide ongoing recommendations, analysis, and optimization.
  • Perform customer review gap analyses to determine what is missing and what is needed to drive 4- and 5-star reviews from current process.
  • Partner with online reputation sites and other third-party service providers. 
  • Shares accountability with marketing team on Spring Green and Pet Butler marketing performance
  • Responsible for all organic content social media and customer review tracking and KPI reporting.  KPI’s include but not limited to view counts, engagement rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, comments, number of followers and reviews, etc.…. Provide Content and Customer Review Monthly Performance presentations and ARPE analysis.
  • As determined by management, regular and predictable on-site or online attendance is required for access to pertinent systems, data, meeting/event participation and interaction with vendors and other personnel and business partners.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position has two direct reports, Content Marketing Manager as well as a Video Marketing Manager as assigned by the Director of Marketing Operations. The Senior Brand and Content Performance Manager will manage and develop strategic vendor engagements for content.

Education and/or Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or advertising or related field.
  • A strong knack for communication strategy and an eye for the long-term scalability of content decisions.
  • Demonstrated successful 5-10 years’ experience with content marketing creation and distribution including direct mail and/or email copy, press releases, newsletters, social media, presentation creation, and working collaboratively in a team environment. 
  • Experience working with stakeholders to understand detailed requirements.
  • Demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in the design and execution of marketing, communications, and public relations activities. 
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office, and with SaaS tools that deliver project management, marketing automation, CRM, and creative design outputs.  
  • Commitment to working with shared leadership and in cross-functional teams.
  • Strong oral and written communications skills.  Ability to manage multiple projects at a time.
