Job Overview
Our team of Legal Assistant/Liability Specialist establish a collaborative partnership with our Attorneys and Case Managers to always provide superior service to our clients.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist in monitoring the progression of each claim
- Respect HIPPA laws and privacy of all cases and clients
- Gather information from Insurance adjusters
- Save and file mail that is scanned into your SharePoint folder
- Continuous updating of case management software
- Draft standard documentation
- Create and send Letters of Representation
