Responsibilities:


  • Greet patients with a warm and friendly demeanor
  • Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
  • Process patient payments
  • Coordinate with dental assistants and hygienists to ensure smooth patient flow
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and organizing office supplies
  • Uphold confidentiality of patient information and adhere to HIPAA regulations
  • Provide excellent customer service and address patient concerns promptly and professionally

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in a dental or medical office setting preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is desirable
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in office
  • administration is a plus

Scheduled Hours:


Monday: 11-7
Tuesday: 7-4
Wednesday: 11-7
Thursday: 7-4
Friday: 7-4

Pay begins at $20.00 per hour
