ABOUT THIS AUDITING ROLE

Each day as a Compliance Auditor starts with a thorough review of our processes to ensure we meet all regulatory standards. You'll conduct on-site self-assurance audits, support operations with physical inventories, and prepare for TTB audits. You'll also collaborate with the Director of Regulatory to implement process improvements, train key personnel on compliance best practices, and interpret excise tax regulations to identify potential risks. Your day will involve detailed reporting, timely tax payments, and seamless communication with site management, government agencies, and external partners. Every auditing task you will handle contributes to maintaining our reputation for excellence.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS FOR THIS AUDITING POSITION

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or another equivalent degree with financial or operational experience
  • Proficiency with computers, including familiarity with MS Excel and Word
  • Ability to effectively communicate at all levels, both verbal and written, with internal stakeholders, external government agencies, and external vendors and customers
  • Ability to establish priorities and work under pressure
  • Highly detail-oriented with the ability to self-direct and work independently

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Exposure to supply chain activities
  • Knowledge of the Code of Federal Regulations (Title 27)
  • Knowledge of NetSuite
