Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced HR Director to lead our human resources team and develop strategic initiatives to drive employee engagement, talent acquisition, and retention. The successful candidate will have a strong background in employee relations, talent management, training and development, and compensation management, preferably in the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and strategic direction for all areas of human resources
  • Lead a team of HR professionals and manage performance
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment, retention, and succession planning programs
  • Serve as a liaison with hospital leadership, communicating HR strategic initiatives and recommendations
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
  • Develop and maintain competitive compensation programs
  • Provide primary oversight for various HR programs and initiatives
  • Develop and facilitate training programs
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
  • Five years of progressive HR experience with a concentration on employee relations, talent acquisition, talent management, training and development, and compensation management
  • Previous experience overseeing employee relations in a multi-site setting is highly desirable
  • Extensive knowledge of federal and state employment law, CMS, OSHA, and TJC regulatory compliance
  • PHR/SPHR certification preferred
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
