What we’re looking for:

In this position you will be a critical connection to our customers, ensuring they receive exceptional service and solutions to concerns or issues they may experience.  Your role will be to provide additional support on a part-time basis aiding in our seasonal increase in business, covering for vacation time of your peers, and assisting the team where needed.  You represent Envision Cold’s commitment to our customers’ satisfaction. Being able to stay focused, organized and operate with a sense of urgency are keys to your success in the role.


Please note this position is Part-Time, approximately 4-5 hours/day 5 days per week; but may vary based on business needs.  Candidates must be flexible.


What you’ll do (including, but not limited to): 

  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing information about products, services, and policies.
  • Efficiently process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery including receiving orders, verifying inventory availability, and coordinating shipment logistics.
  • Assist with inventory management tasks, including receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise within the warehouse.
  • Aid in conducting periodic inventory counts and reconciling discrepancies.
  • Address customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally, striving for quick and satisfactory resolutions.
  • Escalate complex problems to the appropriate personnel when necessary.
  • Maintain clear and open communication channels with customers, colleagues, and management regarding order status, inventory levels, and any other relevant information.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inventory movements using company systems and databases.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Report any safety hazards or concerns to the appropriate personnel.
  • Collaborate with warehouse and customer service team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  • Assist colleagues with tasks as needed to support overall operations.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide feedback and suggestions to management.

 

What you’ll bring to the role: 

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service or related fields is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, or warehouse operations preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and colleagues.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Computer proficiency including regular use/experience with Microsoft Office programs and inventory management software.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced work environment.
