  • Listen actively to customer needs and concerns, and strive to resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company's database.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments or supervisors for further resolution.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets, including call handling metrics and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in customer service or call center environment preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly on your feet.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in computer applications and software, including CRM systems.
