We're looking for friendly, adaptable, caring Montessori Assistant Teachers to join our school community. This position will support multiple mixed-age Montessori Infant (6 wks to 16 months), Toddler (16 months - 3 yrs) and Children's House (3 yrs -6 yrs) classrooms.

This position is a full-time role 9am-6pm with great benefits, including health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401K, a competitive rate of pay, and a 75% tuition discount for up to two children at our school.

This role is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door and learn more about Montessori education Many of our Assistant Teachers grow to take on Lead Teachers roles over time, thanks to our accredited Montessori training program specifically designed for full-time Assistant Teachers.

About You
  • Experience working with children ages 0-6
  • Ability to work well with other adults
  • Growth mindset and problem-solving approach
  • Familiarity with the Montessori approach to education is preferred but not required
