Client Support: Assist commercial insurance clients with their policy inquiries and requests, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
Inbound Inquiries: Handle incoming calls and emails from clients, addressing questions and providing solutions to their concerns.
Premium Management: Process changes to policies, including endorsements, renewals, and cancellations, in an efficient and accurate manner.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy details to ensure data integrity and compliance.
Account Maintenance: Monitor policy expiration dates, follow up on renewals, and provide proactive support to clients to maintain policy continuity.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to support client initiatives and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
Insurance Knowledge: Previous experience in commercial lines insurance or related field is an advantage.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
