Job DescriptionJob Description

Be a resource to Parts Management by maintaining optimal inventory levels that meet customer demands. Monitor and examine corporate parts processes and provide recommendations for improvement. Have a complete understanding of the parts marketing claim and reconciliation processes. Communicate and establish relationships with other Cleveland Brothers departments to ensure a superior customer experience.

Responsibilities:

- Maintain corporate parts inventories as directed

- Review and process all vendor stock orders daily, as well as reconcile invoices and discrepancies

- Understand Caterpillar stock order process and assist when needed

- Monitor vendor and Caterpillar back orders and expedite when needed

- Submit and reconcile parts marketing claims

- Handle other duties or tasks as directed by supervisor

- Evaluate and lead with the knowledge gained through the Parts Department procedures and policies

- Assist personnel with inquiries and provide preventative guidance

Requirements:

- Must have interpersonal skills sufficient to work cooperatively and communicate effectively

- Superior problem-solving skills, with the ability to think outside the box

- Knowledge and understanding of parts operations and their impact on current inventory systems

- Must be able to maintain reporting systems to provide management with information

Education and Experience:

- Proof of high school diploma or General Education Degree

- Bachelor's Degree or minimum 2 years' equivalent experience

- Must possess advanced computer skills
