Department: Ladies’ Locker Room

Job Title: Ladies’ Locker Room Attendant

Reports To: Housekeeping Manager

Position Purpose: Perform personal services for members and guests including shoe shine service and beverage service. Responsible for the operation, safety and cleanliness of ladies’ locker room, girls and boys locker areas, parent child area and game room.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Shines and cleans both golf and street shoes for all members and guests.
  2. Maintains inventory of all amenities such as soaps and toilet articles and towels.
  3. Issues towels, soaps, toilet articles and other items requested by members and guests.
  4. Maintains cleanliness of locker room areas. Picks up soiled towels, sweeps/vacuums floors, clean lockers, baseboards, behind furniture, pictures, make-up stations, mirrors, washrooms, showers, and cleans shoe shine area, etc.
  5. Collects and take out trash.
  6. Wipes down sinks.
  7. Collects lobby bathroom and gymnasium soiled towels, cleans and restocks as needed.
  8. Maintains cleanliness of the Boys and Girls locker rooms, Parent/Child restroom, and Game room.
  9. Vacuum all hallways and clean doors, baseboards, etc. in the lower level of the Clubhouse.
  10. Performs minor repairs to golf shoes and spikes.
  11. Makes coffee and ice tea. Serves beverages, snacks and fruit to all members and guests as requested.
  12. Changes notice board of events every month.
  13. Maintains security in Locker Room.
  14. Takes messages for members.
  15. Report any and all mechanical problems to engineering department.
  16. Periodically clean lobby, Terrace, tennis and golf bathrooms.
  17. Fulfills all member and guest requests.
  18. Performs any and all other duties as assigned by Manager.

Education and Work Experience Qualifications

Must have good English skills. Prior country club or resort experience a plus.

Must be able to work a flexible schedule with evenings, holidays, and weekends.
