THE BASICS

This is a full-time position with occasional weekends and nights as needed for exceptional customer support. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $16 - $24 per hour, plus commission and spiffs. We also offer great benefits such as medical, dental, vision, a 401(k) plan, paid holidays, and paid vacation as well as opportunities for growth and advancement.


YOUR DAY

As a Dispatching Agent - Customer Service Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued customers. Your day will involve answering calls, scheduling appointments for our skilled technicians, and managing up to 20 routes efficiently. Your exceptional customer service skills will be on full display as you communicate with both technicians and customers to ensure seamless service delivery.


WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Dispatcher
  • HVAC experience preferred but not required
  • Proficiency in using Service Titan or similar software preferred

Do you have outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal? Are you someone with great organizational prowess and excellent multitasking abilities? Can you provide exceptional customer service? If so, you may be perfect for this position
