Branch Services Representative
Job Summary:
To function as team member to assist members, staff, and third parties with general aspects of member service for at branch locations for the credit union. To greet, welcome, and assist branch visitors upon their arrival into the branch. Provide fast and effective service though identifying the reason for their visit and to facilitate the appropriate service response. Review applicable credit union products and services with guests. Answer incoming phone calls to the branch location and provide effective assistance. When applicable, schedule, monitor, and track appointments set for the branch location. Assist with notaries, debit card re-issue, travel notes for plastic cards, check orders, and safe deposit box services. Monitor branch lobby iPads and assist visitors with their use. Perform file maintenance on memberships such as address, phone, and email updates. Monitor and order office supplies as needed. Manage incoming/outgoing correspondence for the branch. Ensure front desk and lobby area are always in good condition and appearance.
Salary: $18.00 Per Hour

Daily Responsibilities:
- Greet, welcome, and assist branch visitors upon their arrival into the branch.
- Effective verification of identity to expedite the member service experience.
- Assist members and potential members with their financial needs.
- Familiar with the various credit union products and services available to members.
- Answer incoming phone calls to the branch location.
- Schedule, monitor, and track appointments set for the branch location.
- Assist members with notaries and access to their safe deposit boxes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve credit union account issues for members.
- Collaborate with other departments and branches in efforts to assist members.
- Assist with debit card re-issue, check orders, and travel notes for plastic cards.
- Monitor lobby iPads and assist members with their use.
- Perform file maintenance on accounts such as address, phone, and email updates.
- Monitor and order office supplies as needed.
- Process incoming/outgoing correspondence for the branch.
- Ensure lobby area is clean and in good order.
Preferred Skills:
- Minimum of 6 months of similar or related experience.
- Equivalent to a high school education.
