An Investment management firm with over 20B AUM is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team. The firm provides a unique opportunity to perform daily administrative function, be the main point of contact for all guests and vendors. The ideal individual will have a positive attitude and warm personality, quick on their feet and operate with a high degree of drive.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Business Development/Investor Relations team
  • Manage complex calendars and schedules for management
  • Coordinate all travel and expense reports in a timely manner
  • Assist with data entry as needed
  • Setup all certifications and tax mailings
  • Help with ad-hoc projects and presentations for team
  • Manage relationships with vendors and serve as main point of contact for the firm
  • Answer all phone calls and direct to the appropriate department

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 3 years of administrative experience
  • Well spoken and polished both verbal and written
  • Organized and strong attention to detail
  • Superior interpersonal skills
  • Detail oriented
