The Director of Sales is responsible for supporting the organization's long-term growth and success by managing the production, success, and growth of the sales department and overseeing the development and implementation of the organization’s sales strategy.


Manage, lead, and develop department staff.

  • Supervise and motivate department staff to perform their responsibilities with quality and in a timely manner.
  • Continually evaluate staff members’ performance through excellent documentation and performance reviews.
  • Develop employees through various methods including training and assignment of challenging tasks based on strengths.
  • Maintain an elevated level of integrity and confidentiality within the department and create an atmosphere of excellence.
  • Communicate and apply company goals and policies and ensure the VP of Revenue is informed on the progress of those goals.
  • Understand, learn, and communicate industry-specific trends and landscapes.

Oversee the daily management of the real estate business sales cycle.

  • Collaborate with VP of Revenue to create strategic new sales and revenue growth plans for SentriLock’s North American real estate business.
  • Ensure thorough communication between the Sales department and other departments.
  • Drive the negotiation of contracts to favorably and expeditiously close sales.
  • Collaborate with team to customize presentations.
  • Ensure the sales team meets its revenue goals as assigned by the VP of Revenue.

Collaborate on the strategic development and implementation of marketing efforts.

  • Work collaboratively with internal and external marketing partners to ensure the organization's effective participation in trade shows.
  • Support the coordination of sales needs and requesting marketing efforts and materials.
  • Contribute to and approve press releases and publications.

Other duties as assigned.

  • Participate in projects assigned by manager.
  • Ensure department is compliant with ISO 9001 processes, documents, and procedures, continually seeks improvements in related processes.
  • Seek out and complete appropriate training, development, and research.
  • Exhibit extensive knowledge of all Sales department processes.
  • Support and contribute to the mission and goals of the company.
  • Uphold our leadership values in your words and actions to build a stronger, healthier SentriLock.
Requirements:

4+ Years Real Estate Tech as a Vendor Sales/Ops role or MLS Executive, Required

6+ Years Team Management Experience, Highly Preferred

3+ Years B2B SaaS Sales and Rev ops Experience, Preferred

Bachelor’s Degree, Preferred

Monday.com Experience, Preferred

NetSuite CRM, Preferred

Salesforce Certification, Preferred

Realtor Certified Executive, Desired

CMLX Certification, Desired
