DMG Corporation (an Ambient Company) is a regional, independent sales agency for premier HVAC equipment representing engineered products designed and customized to meet our customer's specific needs. Our DMG- SC division (Service & Controls) employs a team of Service Technicians who handle the HVAC equipment start-ups, pre-install inspections and troubleshoot issues that may arise for the product lines DMG represents. Serving clients throughout Southern California, Northern California, Nevada and even Hawaii, the DMG SC Team is growing

We're currently in need of a reliable, enthusiastic, and service driven individual to dispatch the technicians, support our clients, handle the invoicing, and help with warranty registration. The goal is to keep the technicians scheduled, clients happy, accurate billing, timely warranty registration and everyone well informed.

This position will be based out of the DMG North office in Sparks, Nevada and will serve DMG Northern California and Nevada customers.

Duties to include, but not limited to:

  • Multitask and prioritize calls according to urgency
  • Set the work schedule each week and inform technicians of their assignments
  • Ensure all parties, including technicians, customers and salesmen are well informed and have the most current and accurate information
  • Receive credit card payments
  • Confirm hours worked for proper customer billing and process service tickets
  • Work with technicians to place orders for parts and ensure they're delivered timely
  • Handle warranty registration
  • Process billing
  • General Administrative Tasks
  • Other duties as assigned

Education / Experience

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Experience in HVAC or Construction industry is extremely helpful.
  • Strong experience with Accounting principles, specifically billing and purchase orders and ERP Systems
