Tesco Staffing in Winona, MN is looking for barista to join our team.

Shift- 9am to 5pm

Pay- $17/hour

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and Americano.
  • Operate espresso machines and other coffee-making equipment proficiently.
  • Adhere to coffee recipes and standards to maintain consistency.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy work area
  • Follow health and safety guidelines Interact with customers regularly and professionally

Qualifications

  • Proven working experience as a barista
  • High integrity with a great attendance record
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to listen and communicate effectively

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation is $16.50 - $17.00/hour.
