Job DescriptionJob DescriptionPosition ProfileThe primary duty of the material handler is handling and managing all stock items, receiving product into the warehouse, filling orders and ensuring the stable flow of materials in the supply chain. The position picks orders for assembly and shipping. Performs daily cycle counting; stocks material; issues and closes Mos and prints pick lists. Performs daily housekeeping tasks.Knowledge & Experience
  1. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. with the assistance of a second person
  2. Ability to operate Industrial Power Fork Trucks and Equipment.
  3. Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to take and follow directions.
  5. Good computer skills.
  6. Ability to speak, read, write English fluently.
  7. Ability to attain high degree of knowledge of inventory parts. (3- 6 months learning period)
  8. Team Player
  9. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequently changing dynamics
  10. High School Diploma/GED preferred
What you’ll do
  1. Follow/Comply with ALL policies, procedures and guidelines
  2. Pick orders and stock material
  3. Cycle counting/Inventory management
  4. Other duties as needed or assigned by Warehouse Lead, Supervisor, or Manager
Performance Measurements
  1. Daily picking levels of approximately 15-20 orders.
  2. 35-45 customer order line items.
  3. Daily counting levels of approximately 10-15 items.
  4. Daily material stocking levels of approximately 35-45 items.
