Position: Appointment Setter

Location: 3880 Hulen St. Suite #310

                 Fort Worth, TX 76107

Job Description:
- Provide exceptional customer service over the phone to assist patient's in scheduling appointments 
- Handle a high volume of inbound calls with professionalism and efficiency.
- Document customer interactions accurately and promptly in our system.
- Collaborate with team members to exceed customer satisfaction goals.

Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think on your feet.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in computer systems and software applications.

- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus

This position is for a dental office, and is a perfect seasonal opportunity or beginner position if you are looking for ways to utilize your phone skills. 


Base Pay: $15/hr - $18/hr, based on experience.
