Procomm is searching for dedicated Customer Service Representatives to provide exceptional support to our clients' customers. You'll be the friendly voice that makes a difference.

The Role:

  • Professionally handle incoming calls, greet callers, and gather information.
  • Utilize our advanced call processing system and prioritize customer needs effectively.
  • Transfer calls or take messages as required.
  • No outbound calls or sales pressure
