We are looking for an enthusiastic Banquet Server to provide excellent customer service to our guests at catered hotel functions. Must be able to serve customers in a friendly and professional manner while adhering to the standards set by Hilton Hotels & Resorts.

Responsibilities:
  • Sets up banquet meal functions as described by the banquet function sheet.
  • Provide prompt, professional and courteous service during banquet meal functions.
  • Performs tableside and/or buffet food service as required.
  • Maintains a clean and orderly workstation.
  • Cleans tables of all glasses, silver, china, etc. during and after banquet functions
  • Completes all assigned side work throughout scheduled shift.
  • Greets and continually monitors to ensure quality guest satisfaction.
  • Informs supervisor of guest comments/complaints.
  • Assists other banquet associates when needed.
  • Must wear required uniform. Must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts


Qualifications:

Prior serving experience preferred but not required.


  • Banquet: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Food & Beverage: 1 year (Preferred)
