RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handling daily paperwork, bank deposits, cash audits, invoice processing and order placement
  • Maintaining a positive work environment and fostering team morale
  • Conducting regular staff training to enhance product knowledge, proper food handling, sanitation practices and customer service skills
  • Maintaining high standards for food quality, presentation and taste
  • Conducting regular inspections of the kitchen areas to maintain cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Ensuring the sales floor is organized and merchandise is displayed according to the company's standards
  • Addressing customer service issues and overseeing day-to-day operations
  • Prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Team player attitude with upbeat personality
  • Trustworthy and professional
  • Effective communication
  • Self-motivated
  • Able to multi-task and be extremely organized
  • Physically able to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
  • Must be able to stand on your feet for extended periods
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
