Sounds Great? We're looking for our leaders to fit these criteria:

  • Experience Matters: Preferably 2+ years in restaurant management.
  • Back of House (BOH) Champion: Comfortable supporting the kitchen team is a big advantage.
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is a must. Reliable transportation is required.
  • Able to obtain required certifications/permits as per state/local law.
  • Tech-Savvy: Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.
  • Knowledgeable about local and state health codes.
  • Experience with Workday, Aloha, NBO, and HotSchedules is preferred.
  • P&L knowledge is a plus.
