Qualifications:
🎓 Minimum High School diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree in human services field preferred.
🎓 3 years of experience as a youth service worker, with a proven ability to work effectively in an urban setting. 🧠 Knowledge of adolescent development and community resources.
🤝 Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to create a warm, therapeutic atmosphere and work collaboratively as part of a team.
