Responsibilities
50-100 outbound sales calls to prospective clients daily. Quote a full circle of protection for each prospect you engage with and close prospective clients. If not sold, input information obtained from the lead calls in to lead management system. Follow up with prospects and X date leads that are not sold. Follow office onboarding process, collect necessary policy documents, and upload the documents into document manager. Answer inbound phone calls and provide customer service to all customers contacting the agency.
Requirements
Property and Casualty License.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Bilingual- English/Spanish
3 years of prior sales experience
