Partner Coordinator Specialist

Overview:

The Partner Coordinator Specialist will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling a contractor resource pool to assist the dispatch team with any work that cannot be completed by Acuative technicians. In an effort to improve on time performance and SLA compliance, this position will-engage partner contractors and independents for coverage as needed and proactively contact them at predetermined intervals before a job begins to ensure all expectations are clear and on track to be met.

Follow up coaching with contractors on missed ETA’s to improve understanding of expectations and develop contractor relationships.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Coordinate change requests, exceptions, and conflicts with the Resource Allocation Department

Schedule contractors to ensure timely response and on site arrival as requested by Resource Allocation and schedule international dispatches with established contractors as needed.

Work with National Vendor Manager on Contractor Database development & maintenance.

Preparing contractor transmittal sheets for A/P check runs.

Follow up on missing contractor code-offs.

Respond to contractor questions as needed

Process On-Force work order approvals after verifying all deliverables have been met.

First level support for any information technology issue and problem following set processes and procedures

Follow up coaching with contractors on missed ETA’s to improve understanding of expectations and develop contractor relationships.

Work on special projects as assigned by VM

Required Qualifications

Previous office role with some level of data entry or keying

Excellent oral and written communications skills

Work Force Management and Project Management experience preferred

Exemplary organizational skills

Experience with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Detail-oriented

Proven teamwork skills

Proven multitasking skills critical

Record of working independently to carry out company and team goals, objectives, policies, and procedures, to promote a positive Company image

Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure
