Branch Administrator Reports to: Branch Manager

Position Summary: Assist the branch manager and division supervisors with general administrative work including finance, marketing, special events, purchasing, and human resource paperwork. This is a Full Time Position offering competitive wages and benefits.

Responsibilities/Duties: • Assist with and file paperwork for new hires • Add/edit information on employee data sheet and facility’s organizational chart • Prepare and monitor weekly schedule; input into EZ Labor/ADP • Prepare vacation schedule for location • Point of contact for HR, Marketing and Finance Divisions • Point of contact for special event planning • Monitor/track internal and expenses for location • Point of contact for reimbursement forms, get approval and submit to payroll • Purchase, expense and track store supplies • Monitor, order and maintain store promotional materials • Enroll new hires in electronic I-9 • Completing tasks on new hire/termination checklists • Count and balance cash drawers • Assist with special projects and other tasks as defined by management

Qualifications Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: • Must possess good general computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook) • Must be detail oriented and organized • Ability to work well with various levels of staff • Excellent communication skills • Ability to prioritize and multi-task

Credentials and Experience: • High school diploma or equivalent
