Key Responsibilities:

What We Seek:
- Proven Sales Expertise: At least 2 years of sales experience, within or outside the cannabis industry.
- Excellent Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills.
- Sales and Negotiation Acumen: Proven ability to close deals and manage negotiations.
- Technical Knowledge: A thorough understanding of our products and the cannabis industry.
- Detail-Oriented Organization: Exceptional organizational skills with a focus on details.
- Relationship Building: A track record of developing and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Tech Proficiency: Must be comfortable with computer use and various software applications.
- Self-Starter Attitude: Independent, motivated, and proactive approach to work.
- Team Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills and a dedication to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Local Presence: Based in or near Portland, OR, with a commitment to safety in all activities.
Physical Requirements:
- Occasional lifting of items weighing up to 25 pounds.
- Required state-wide travel.
License/Certification:
- OLCC Marijuana workers permit (Required)
