Business Analysts at Thompson Gray are subject matter experts that build the bridge between our business and our clients. The RPA Business Analyst's basic role is to process design and implement creative RPA solutions for the organization. Our BAs work directly with business partners to understand business challenges, collect and document requirements, and develop RPA solutions to automate manual processes. The Business Analyst define, promote and utilize best practices for RPA capabilities and serve as a subject matter expert for others seeking to utilize RPA technologies to automate and streamline existing manual business processes.


Required Skills:

  • 1 - 3 years of analysis, business process improvement or consulting experience, preferably for automation project and preferably for DoD clients.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Computer Science from an accredited university.
  • UiPath or other automation software certification(s). Coursework or work experience may be substituted in lieu of certifications.
  • Experience with crafting detailed Process Design Documentation (PDDs), process/keystroke mappings (Visio, process recording, etc.), training briefs, and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), specific to building Robotic Process Automations.
  • Experience working in fully-remote work settings, including excellent communication skills, the use of virtual project management tools, leading virtual meetings/workshops, and other work exercises.
  • US. citizen with active Secret-level clearance. Candidates with a current Secret (or higher) clearance are highly desired.
