Job description

Carriage Mobile Homes, Inc. is seeking a full-time maintenance technician who offers top-notch service and is motivated to learn and grow as a professional.

The right candidate has a minimum of 5 years of experience and expertise in the following areas:

  • Prior Experience in all aspects of home repairs on mobile and manufactured homes
  • Good Carpentry skills
  • Excels in home repairs, including basic plumbing and electrical
  • Experience with heavy equipment and power tools helpful
  • Good math skills, including taking accurate measurements.
  • Computer skills for data entry to track inventory and work progress
  • Focus is on tenant repairs and Community Maintenance
To be successful, the right candidate has the following qualities:

  • Teamwork and collaboration; can-do attitude
  • Able to maintain a clean, safe work environment
  • Professionalism and strong work ethic
  • Ability to lift and move 50 lbs
  • Smartphone needed
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong focus on quality, customer service, and performance
  • Willingness to learn new techniques specific to the manufactured home industry
  • Must be available for weekend and after-hour emergency calls
  • Have a truck and tools
Work hours: Monday through Friday, 7AM - 3PM, 1/2 hr mandatory lunch
