Duration: 1 year with possible extension

Shift: 1st Shift (8:30 am 5:00 pm)

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Perform essential job requirements in a dynamic service environment.
  • Coordinate and organize all aspects of the field service process.
  • Work closely with field management and other staff to support customers.
  • Data reporting and analysis.
  • Support non-technical day-to-day field service administrative requirements.
  • Create assets and projects, service quoting, processing purchase orders, parts allocation, task creation, case assignment, accurate billing, and final part designation.
  • Perform part order requests and confirm part availability in NetSuite.
  • Monitor parts on backorder and coordinate shipment.
  • Manage part return requests (D4s) in NetSuite.
  • Set up new vendors and prepare commercial invoices.
  • Communicate critical support situations and manage customer communications.
  • Create and distribute Key Performance Indicator reports.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Minimum Associate's degree, Bachelor's preferred.
  • Minimum two years of experience in a technical services environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Data entry and typing skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience with Biological and Industrial Microscopes or similar precision instruments.
  • Customer-focused, organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
  • Enthusiastic self-starter with strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Experience with NetSuite, SAP, Sales Force, or related CRM databases.
