POSITION SUMMARY
As an Anytime Fitness Group Fitness Coach, you will play a vital role in helping our members "get to a healthier place." We are seeking a passionate coaches who possess the knowledge, skills, and abilities to create and conduct safe and effective exercise programs and classes for individuals of all backgrounds. You will have the opportunity to inspire positive lifestyle changes and support our members in achieving sustainable, long-term results. Your responsibilities will include programming, facilitating and leading the team training experience in our clubs - driving the heart of the club’s community.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
- $35 per hour in base pay
- Bonuses and commission based upon class participation

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Demonstrate a personal commitment to meeting the needs of our members and guests
- Conduct group classes, fitness consultations and assessments
- Actively market and promote personal training services to attract and retain members
- Assist in the development and implementation of club programs and events
- Engage in staff meetings and other required activities
- Serve as a role model by leading and promoting a healthy lifestyle
- Maintain a positive attitude when interacting with members
- Seek opportunities for personal and professional growth
- Dress professionally in accordance with the current dress code standards (provided Anytime Fitness attire)
REQUIREMENTS
- Certified Personal Training certificate from any of the following accrediting bodies: NASM, NSCA, ACSM, WITS, AFFA, ACE, ISSA
- Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field (preferred but not required)
