Overview:
M247 is looking for a Senior Wireless Networking Engineer to join our team on a contract basis. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of wireless technologies and experience designing and implementing wireless networks.
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement and manage wireless networks
- Conduct site surveys and coverage testing
- Develop and maintain network documentation
- Participate and lead in the design, planning, and implementation of wireless systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive network solutions
- Troubleshoot wireless network issues

Qualifications:
- Solid understanding of wireless technologies, including Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, LTE, 5G, and other wireless protocols
- CWDP, CCNP Wireless, ACMP or equivalent experience
- Strong Ekahau experience in conducting wireless site surveys (Predictive, Active, Passive, Post, Spectrum, and Outdoor) designing and troubleshooting wireless networks
- Strong understanding of Cisco DNAC, ISE, 802.1x, MAB, ClearPass, Routing and Switching.
- Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in wireless networking
- Expertise in Cisco and Aruba wireless technologies and solutions
Requirements:
- Must pass a thorough background check and 12-panel drug test
- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment
- Travel requirement up to 50%
- US citizens or green card holders only
- 1099 or C2C only
- No agencies or recruiting firms
Compensation:
- Hourly rate range $85 - $115
- Travel expenses reimbursed per client travel policy
