**Job Summary:**
Join our dedicated and compassionate team, a leading provider of comprehensive ear, nose, and throat care specializing in diagnosing and treating allergies, sinus conditions, and other ENT-related health issues. We are looking for an Allergy Technician to perform allergy tests, administer treatments, and assist with patient education under the supervision of an ENT specialist.

**Responsibilities:**
- Conduct allergy skin testing and interpret results.
- Prepare and administer allergy immunotherapy and sublingual immunotherapy.
- Maintain accurate patient records including test results, treatments, and progress notes.
- Educate patients on allergy management, treatment plans, and medication usage.
- Assist with patient scheduling, follow-up appointments, and care coordination.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment following health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care.

**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional healthcare certification or training is a plus.
- Prior experience as a medical assistant, technician, or in a related healthcare position preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-focused approach.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems preferred.
- CPR certification or willingness to obtain upon hire.

  • Allergy experience: 2 yrs (MUST)
  • MA experience: 1 yr
  • EMR experience: 1 yr (Must)
  • Bilingual, Spanish (MUST)
