Overview: RedMatter Solutions is seeking a highly motivated Junior CyberArk Admin to join our team in Arlington, VA. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the design, deployment, integration, administration, and daily operations of our CyberArk Privileged Access System and password vault. You will work closely with IT system administrators and application owners to support and enhance our Privilege Access Management (PAM) program.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead analysis of the current state of the PAM program technological environment.
  • Recommend solutions for incremental improvements to the PAM program.
  • Manage Privilege Access Management reporting and metrics.
  • Collaborate with the Identity Access Management team, Infrastructure teams, application owners, and product managers to drive technical adoption across the organization.
  • Work with vendors and third parties to evaluate new products, features, and solutions.
  • Ensure regulatory requirements and industry best practices are followed for Identity and Access Management.
  • Support large, cross-functional, globally distributed, and complex projects.
  • Provide evidence for audit and compliance activities.
  • Offer on-call support for identity and access management technologies.
  • Stay current with security technology and trends in identity and access management for manufacturing, ecommerce, and retail sectors.
  • Develop relationships to promote security awareness and PAM program best practices.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a closely related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Identity and Access Management, with a focus on Privilege Access Management (PAM) and CyberArk technologies.
  • CompTIA Security+ certification.
  • 1-2 years of experience with CyberArk Defender and CyberArk Sentry.
  • Preferred: Security-related certifications (CISSP, CISA, CISM).
  • Experience with AWS and Azure.
  • Experience with Active Directory.
  • Experience with Unix, Linux, and Windows.
  • Preferred: PowerShell scripting.
  • Experience with X.509 Certificates.
  • Knowledgeable about federation/single sign-on (SSO) and multi-factor authentication (MFA).
  • A hands-on, results-oriented individual with a passion for winning and the ability to work with minimal guidance.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, adapt to shifting priorities, and navigate changing environments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
