General Summary of Duties: Responsible for providing professional counseling services under the supervision of an approved Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor.

Major Responsibilities
1. Provides counseling services consistent with the established practice standards of a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate in South Carolina.
2. Participates in routine clinical supervision with an LPC Supervisor as outlined in an approved Clinical Supervision Plan on file with the South Carolina Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation.
3. Establishes and maintains an appropriate case load under the guidance of your Supervisor.
4. Documents counseling services in medical records under the guidance of your Supervisor.
5. Perform other related duties as directed or assigned.

Job Requirements:
1. Licensed Professional Counselor Associate license in South Carolina.
2. Professional customer service skills.
3. Skill in written and verbal communication.
4. Ability to multi-task, including skills in organizing and prioritizing tasks effectively.
5. Ability to flexibly respond to changing demands.
6. Ability to work effectively as a team member with physicians and other staff.
